The accommodation at Villa ELTAEL is ruled by the conditions described below:

• The minimum rental period is 7 nights.
• Villa ELTAEL does not rent to individuals under 18 years of age. They must be accompanied by an adult.
• The residential area is secured by high gates for maximum safety and privacy of the guests.
• Each house has the right to parking within the residential area for a specific number of vehicles. However, there is free parking easily accessible outside the residential area.
• Each house accommodates between 5 to 6 people, and an extra bed can be added upon prior notice, increasing the maximum capacity to 6 or 7 people.
• Children up to 3 years of age do not count towards the occupancy limit, and Villa ELTAEL provides a crib, bed linens, high chair, stroller, potty training seat, and baby bathtub, available upon prior notice.
• Pets are not allowed on the property.
• The houses are cleaned by professionals before check-in, and no additional cleaning is included during the stay. If the guest requires extra cleaning, this will incur an additional fee.
• Forgotten belongings will be kept for a maximum of 30 days. After this period, the items will be discarded. 

• The rental price varies depending on the desired month. Make your reservation on this website to check availability and prices.
• The reservation will only be completed after payment, which must be made directly on the website.
• To book, a 30% deposit of the total rental amount will be required, which is non-refundable. The remaining 70% will be charged 60 days before arrival.
• If the stay is canceled up to 60 days before check-in, the 30% deposit will not be refunded. If the cancellation is made within 60 days prior to check-in, the total amount of the reservation will not be refunded.
• A security deposit of 200 EUR will be held on the guest's credit card upon arrival. We ask you to verify that this amount is available on your card upon the check-in date.
• The security deposit will be refunded within 15 days of check-out, as long as no item are identified as lost or damaged.

• Check-in is from 17:00 to 22:00 local time.
• Check-out must be completed by 11:00 local time.
• If you wish to check out after 11:00, please consult us in advance.
• Early check-out will not entitle you to a refund.
• In the days before check-in, Villa ELTAEL will contact the guest to provide all detailed instructions for accessing the property and the house, including the keys and the gate remote.
• Before check-out, Villa ELTAEL will also send the necessary instructions for leaving the property.
• In case of loss of the key or gate remote, a fee of 100 EUR will be charged for their replacement. We kindly ask you to take care of these items during your stay.

• The pool hours are from 09:00 to 22:00.
• The pool area is enclosed with fences and a gate for the safety of children, as the maximum depth of the pool is 2 meters.
• Running around the pool and diving are not permitted.
• The pool is not monitored. Supervision during use is the responsibility of the guests to prevent accidents.
• The use of glassware and ceramic dishes in the pool area is not allowed. We request that plastic cups and plates be used.
• The pool is exclusively for the use of guests. If you wish to receive visitors, you must request permission for them to use the pool.
• Pool towels are for pool use only and should not be taken to the beach or used for other purposes.

• We ask guests to avoid excessive noise, such as loud music, television sound, or raised voices, after midnight.
• We request that common areas, such as the pool and barbecue, be kept clean and organized.
• Do not exceed the agreed limit of people in the reservation.
• If a guest has visitors wishing to stay overnight, they may request an extra bed for a fee of 25 EUR per visitor per night.
• The use of provided household items outside the residential area is not permitted.
• Guests are responsible for promptly informing a Villa ELTAEL representative of any lost or damaged items so that they can be replaced quickly. Replacement costs will be the responsibility of the guests and will be charged through the retention of the corresponding amount from the security deposit.
• Smoking inside the houses is prohibited; please smoke on the terrace or in open spaces. If the property shows signs of smoking, a fee of 100 EUR will be charged for cleaning and disinfection.
• Villa ELTAEL is not responsible for accidents, theft, illness, injury, loss, or damage to guests' and visitors' personal belongings, whether inside or outside the property.
